Materials
Each material engineered for specific applications and performance demands.
Electrolytic Tinplate
Tin Free Steel
Tin-Free Steel (TFS), also known as Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel (E.C.C.S.), is a high-performance material designed for a wide range of applications in manufacturing and packaging.
Tin Mill Black Plate
Laminated Steel
Lithographed & Lacquered
Lacquered and printed tinplate (ETP) and tin-free steel (TFS) are low-carbon steel plates that have been coated or printed with polymeric coatings and inks.
Cold Rolled
These are flat steel products in the form of coils or plates, obtained by cold rolling, annealing and tempering of hot-rolled, acid-cleaned flat steels, with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 to 3.15 mm.
Galvanized
Hot-dip galvanizing is a cost-effective and reliable process for protecting steel against atmospheric corrosion. The zinc coating safeguards the steel through barrier protection and sacrificial galvanic protection for minor coating discontinuities.

BRCGS Packaging Materials Certification
At Steelforce Packaging, quality, safety, and operational excellence are fundamental to everything we do. We are proud to be BRCGS Packaging Materials certified with Grade AA, one of the highest ratings awarded under the Global Standard for Packaging Materials (Issue 7). This certification, granted by an independent and internationally recognized body, confirms that our processes meet the most stringent requirements for quality management, product safety, and operational control in the manufacturing of packaging steel. It covers our activities related to the cutting, varnishing, and packaging of Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) and Chrome Plated Sheet (TFS) used in the production of containers, lids, and metal packaging solutions. Achieving BRCGS Grade AA reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and delivering reliable, high‑performance materials that support our customers’ quality and sustainability objectives across global markets.
